Having trouble with a compatibility badge or a shop page? Start with these checks.
No compatibility badges appear
- Open a Path of Exile shop category that displays individual MTX items.
- Click the extension icon and choose Scan this page.
- Reload the shop page if it was already open when the extension was installed or updated.
- Confirm that the extension is enabled for the Path of Exile website.
The extension reports a remote data error
The extension includes a local compatibility snapshot and can continue working when the remote update source is temporarily unavailable. The source shown in the panel will indicate when the local snapshot is being used.
A compatibility result looks incorrect
Shop items are matched using the stable item identifier in their URL and, for packs or variation groups, their individual contents. Include the shop URL and the displayed result when reporting a mismatch.
Report a problem
Open a GitHub issue with:
- the affected shop URL;
- the extension version shown in Chrome;
- the expected and actual result;
- debug output from Copy debug, after checking that it contains no information you consider sensitive.

Read the privacy policy for details about local page processing, network requests, storage, and permissions. Do not post private or sensitive information in a public GitHub issue.
